Sorting by "locked since" date does not sort accurately

Description

Looking at the smithi nodes at https://pulpito.ceph.com/nodes/?machine_type=smithi, the "locked since" dates are not accurately sorted. There are some very old dates (i.e. from 2018) that remain in the middle of the list no matter how you sort.
