Ceph

The docs at https://docs.ceph.com/en/quincy/man/8/mount.ceph/ do not yet have any mention of msgr-v2 or its port 3300.

I found that an obstacle when setting up new or migrating to msgr-v2 clusters that use on-the-wire encryption (`secure` mode).

The docs say

Monitor addresses takes the form ip_address[:port]. If the port is not specified, the Ceph default of 6789 is assumed.

and that is correct, but it would be great if the docs could mention port 3300 for msgr-v2, especially because there's a discrepancy in usage between the kernel mount and ceph fuse:

`ceph-fuse` does NOT need custom configuration as it reads `ceph.conf` and defaults to msgr-v2 if available, while the kernel mount (mount.ceph) does need to have it given explicitly.
