Description

As a proof of concept, to see if ansible could work for ceph-deploy remote commands, implement a radosgw deployment with Ansible's Python API.

It is not feasible to do this anymore. Most (if not all) of the rados gateway install would be at the most a single line to install
while leaving all the complexity to the actual package (and the package manager to handle).

Ansible has a nice license for plugins but not for using its API directly with Python, so that would force a change in the
licensing of ceph-deploy.
