Description
qa/suites/rgw/notifications/supported-all-distro$/ only contains centos_8.yaml
it should use a symlink to .qa/distros/supported-random-distro$ instead, like several other subsuites
supporting ubuntu 22.04 will probably be blocked on replacing `nose` with `pytest`
