Hello,
Ceph is failing to build on Ubuntu Jammy using the system provided packages (i.e: no embedded dependencies). This is because the newly backported ceph-exporter module depends on Boost.JSON, which is unavailable in the system packages. Note that the version checking passes, but compilation fails when it fails to find the JSON header files.
