Description
In Pacific and Quincy the crushmap viewer seems broken, in Nautilus and Octopus it works fine. When the cluster is relatively small with only a few hosts and OSDs it doesn't really matter, but with a middle sized or large cluster you'd sometimes want to toggle a host to view the current crush tree (without OSDs, for example). When clicking on the toggle "arrow" the entry is toggled, but only for a second or two, then all is expanded again.

I checked with Reef 18.2.0 and the issue still persists.
