Description
Below issues were observed while testing cloud-transition feature using MCG (Noobaa) endpoint
1) Creation of target bucket often fails with -39 (BucketAlreadyOwned) error
2) When using an MCG bucket with an Azure backingstore random objects don't get transitioned to the cloud provider.
Normally one object from a bucket that has the LC applied to transition to the cloud doesn't get moved:
3) Randomly transitioned objects end up with 0 bytes on-premise and on the cloud provider losing the data in that object.
