Description

As a user, I want to diagnose warning or critical PG states shown in the summary widget by mapping them to OSDs (or hosts) containing those states via the main visualization.

As a user, I want to select one or more PG states from a list and see which OSDs (or hosts) have PGs with that state.

Some of this work has been started.

- added a dashboard to fullscreen transition. Between a workbench mode and the dashboard.
- filtering OSDs on based on up/in states in the UI which will also be used for the PG implementation.

Neil mentioned that while he understands this is WIP, he would like to make sure there is clear context and directions in the UI.

Basic functionality is there. Has usability issues. Neil has opened bugs about that. I'm inclined to close it now.
