note that the rgw/verify suite is currently pinned to centos, so we don't see these ubuntu failures in master

p.s. test_rgw_datacache.py does not check for errors from s3cmd, so it goes on to run the test and fails

ping @Mark, this remains a blocker for enabling ubuntu in the rgw/verify suite. that subsuite contains most of our functional test coverage, so it's really unfortunate that it only runs on centos
