Description

After the merge of https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/40802

we see that arrow/parquet deps are required for installing centos packages thus making the installation fail:

In master > install-deps.sh script we see that for ubuntu/debian a specific repo has been added:
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/master/install-deps.sh#L369

But I cannot find the equivalent for Centos 8.

It seems that these packages should not be required for CentOS.
