tested qemu packages for cuttlefish branch [with and without async_flush patch ] on centos and it works fine.
we need qemu packages rebuilt for RHEL. Gary is working on that.

Sandon added qemu[cuttlefish with async_flush patch] packages for centos to ceph-qa-chef and tested it using teuthology, it works fine.

manually tested RHEL [with and without async_flush patch] on burnupi28 and worked fine.

but there are still discussions going on for RHEL packages. assigning this to Sandon now so he can add it to ceph-qa-chef, when it is ready.
