Description

http://ceph.com/docs/master/rados/operations/add-or-rm-mons/#removing-monitors-from-an-unhealthy-cluster, for instance, is no longer valid with the move to leveldb for monstore.

Candidates are ceph-monstore-tool or monmaptool, I would think.

Not sure I'd call this a feature; it's functionality we rely on, and lost with the change
to leveldb
