Description

We should return ENOSPC (presumably) if attempting to write to a full osd cluster.

This needs to go somewhere in osd_client (so that e.g. rbd behaves).

The osd returns ENOSPC if it's map is full. This is more reliable since we don't have to worry about the client getting an updated map for the full -> not full transition.
