Hi, the table of contents on the [Get Packages](https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/install/get-packages/#) page based on [https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/master/doc/install/get-packages.rst](doc/install/get-packages.rst) does not render well and seems to explode vertically. See also attached screenshot.
