cephadm bootstrap --mon-ip

defines mon ip, but how do you specify a separate cluster network?

This is sort of important, and doesn't seem to be well documented (or documented at all in https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/cephadm/install/ ?)

Current idea is to pass

–skip-mon-network

and then later run

ceph config set mon cluster_network ...

but we should provide a way to set the cluster network directly on bootstrap
