So far teuthology cephadm task only deploys OSDs "manually" via `ceph orch daemon add osd" command so it would be nice to add the possibility of deploying OSDs via drive-group yaml file
Suggestions:
- Reserve two nodes
- Use first to setup master node
- Add the second node using cephadm
- Add osd using `ceph orch apply` feeding a drive-group yaml file with required osd number.

The rados/cephadm/dashboard suite partially achieve this.

But it supplies the DriveGroup from Dashboard and uses all HDD drives.
