closedorchestrator doc misleads with v2 port 3000 instead of 3300

Note in
https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/mgr/orchestrator/
references to a placement specification shows the correct default port for v1, 6789, but for v2 displays 3000.
Should be 3300. The misleading item appears more than once, one example is
orch daemon add mon --placement="myhost:[v2:1.2.3.4:3000,v1:1.2.3.4:6789]=name"
