Description

The networking checks could be added to the orchestrator, given its access to each of the nodes.
It could e.g.

1. Check MTU configuration on each NIC
2. Check Ceph daemons port access and firewall configuration
3. Periodically run iperf to check network performance,
4. and produce ceph health warnings or errors.
