Description

Add to the Beast front end an access log line similar to CivetWeb.
attempting to adhere as much as possible to the Apache Combined Log Format
(https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/logs.html#common)

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
