Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup Kubernetes Cluster with Persistence Volume Claims.
2. Run Ceph on the cluster (using the ceph Image)
3. Try top prepare OSD on the PVC instead of Raw Devices
4. Command Used: "ceph-volume lvm batch --prepare --bluestore --yes /dev/example-pvc --osds-per-device 1 --report"
where "example-pvc" is the underlying PVC
