Description

On a machine running openSUSE Leap 15.1 with no Python 2 installed, "make check" fails on a very recent SHA1 like so:

The following tests FAILED:
          6 - run-tox-mgr-insights (Failed)
          7 - run-tox-mgr-ansible (Failed)
          8 - run-tox-mgr-orchestrator_cli (Failed)

The logs look like so:
