Description
I want to reduce affect of `ceph osd out osd.xxx`. A already set
--osd-recovery-max-active 1
--osd-max-backfills 1
But this does not limit number of OSD that take part in backfilling simultaneously.
So, I want to control either number of OSDs or number of PGs taking part in backfilling.
