Description

Now that OSDs default to bluestore, need to fix the use of run_osd(). We should replace run_osd_bluestore() with run_osd_filestore() and make sure all tests that can use bluestore are fixed to work properly.

We should test all 5 cases of divergent log handling in _merge_object_divergent_entries().
