Description

When turning on autoscaling PGs, a warning "too few PGs per OSD (x < min 30)" may be issued, until the affected pool has reached the target number of PGs. When the target is reached , the warning is no longer shown, even if it is lower than the minimum number of PGs per OSD. When specifying a pg_num_min, the warning is shown even if that number is reached (and still below the minimum).

This is IMHO inconsistent behaviour: Either show the warning in any situatiuon when the number of PGs is too low, or supress it in any case when the number of PGs has reached its target.
