Description

Admins should be able to modify the "default_placement" and "default_storage_class" fields shown in 'radosgw-admin user info'. Both 'user create' and 'user modify' should be able to set them, and 'user modify' should be able to reset them to empty by providing an empty value.

The rest apis in rgw_rest_user.cc should support these as well.
