Ceph

I've verified that as of Mimic the value documented value was 300 and options.cc did claim 32.

However, it seems that mon_osd_max_split_count was removed in Nautilus, and with the new docs site not currently working for Mimic, is it worth updating the Mimic branch? I don't expect there will be another Mimic release at all, so maybe since this (regrettably) wasn't caught in time we should close it with a wontfix, moot, or other appropriate status.
