Description

When a user is looking at the Performance Details for a given host in the Clusters -> Hosts -> Hosts table, the Performance Details is not showing the correct performance charts for the selected host.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to clusters -> Hosts
2. Select a row in the Hosts table, and the Performance Details (below) will always show the Performnance Details for a different host (in the instance I am accessing, it's the last host in the Hosts list).

Expected results:
Context should change based on the host selection in the host table.
