Description

When the active mgr has a long name,
the info shown does not fit into the info card properly (picture res: 1366x768):

Goal:
Improve the info shown so that does not break the Look'n'Feel.

Suggest for the Manager Daemons card that we show "# active, # standby" e.g. "1 active, 2 standby" vs. the "active: dell-r730-21, 2 standby)" currently shown.

Work done:

MGR info card:
- Show amount of daemons active instead of active mgr name.
- Daemons active text line: show mgr active name when 'on mouse over'.
OSD/MDS info cards (for consistency: same text format):
- Same text appearance.
Some CSS refactor.

Looks great, Alfonso! Given you're modifying the infocard text, could it be possible to add also the 'total' to the cards lacking that? (Hosts, RGW and iSCSI) We have had comments from the QE team that they expected to be the number of servers up, not the total amount. It'd be the same as we already have for OSDs.
