Description
This showed up for me as a failure in cephtool/test.sh when run locally, even though it's passing in teuthology.
I looked at the teuthology logs from a recent master run, and it seems like there the test log message is somehow getting written twice (on a 3 mon cluster, there are 6 instances of it in the ceph.log.gz), which would explain why the test is passing anyway.
