Description

mds_beacon_grace and mds_beacon_interval are both set as normal config options, and if they don't match on the mons and MDSes things may not be optimal. They should be moved into the MDSMap or something so that the monitor can set these values and MDSes can use them.

  • Source set to Development
  • Component(FS) MDS, MDSMonitor added

I agree in principle Greg but aren't we moving to the centrally managed config in Nautilus? (i.e. the MDS and MONs should be using the same mds_beacon_grace) Where do we draw the line on what should go in the MDSMap and in the ConfigMap?
