We already have some documentation in the header file. Granted, it could be fleshed out a bit, but do we require anything else? This is a new interface for the API and should more or less be transparent to the ceph admin/user.

A developer document explaining the different reclaim types. An example of reclaim (parts shamelessly copy pasted from the test). The timeouts involved in reclaim. etc.
