Description

Currently, there is a mix between single and double quotes in the "recent notifications" and "background tasks", as reported while reviewing the Ceph Pool management feature. For consistency, we should use the same quoting style across the UI. Since our default language setting is US English (en_US), I would suggest to go with double quotes by default
