leider finde ich keine vernünftige Anleitung um das Journal auf eine extra SSD zu legen.
Können Sie mir da weiterhelfen?

Depends what tool you're using to set up your OSDs (ceph-ansible? ceph-deploy?). The documentation for the tool itself should tell you how to specify a separate SSD for your journal.

Generally the best place for such questions is the mailing list or the IRC channels (https://ceph.com/irc/), so I'll close this ticket now.
