We (SUSE) generate OVH images for use with our downstream teuthology (which uses Loic's teuthology-openstack) and will be more than happy to provide the latest one. That image might "just work" in Sepia, and even if it doesn't, it should serve as a good starting point.

If you could point me to the image you're using, that'd be great.

What I did so far was got the stock OpenSUSE Leap 15.0 Openstack image, uploaded it, created a VM, ran ceph-cm-ansible against it, but when I shut the VM down and attempt to reboot (or clone it) it gets stuck at a grub prompt. There is no /boot/grub2/grub.cfg or grub2-mkconfig
