This is awaiting the upstream merge so that the ioctl numbers and interface are fixed.

This needs to wait for 2.6.37 merge window and the btrfs ioctls to go upstream.

Now that we know what's going in this cycle, we just need to make sure the ioctl checks are correct (no more DESTROY_ASYNC?) and merge this in.

Also, need to fix #55.
