Description

The modal dialogs of some components can be refactored to use more generalized components. Doing this would reuse already existing components and further unify the look and feel of the dashboard and also result in less code to maintain.

Possible candidates to be refactored are:

- osd-flags-modal
- osd-scrub-modal

Note: The more general modals didn't exist at the time when the modals mentioned above had been created.
