Description
We want to build the java tests as part of the Make process, so that it is delivered to users with the normal install (of the libcephfs-java package).
However, we do not want compilation to fail for a build with --enable-cephfs-java if JUnit is not present.
Therefore, we should tweak configure to look for JUnit and only build the test jar if JUnit is present.
