Description

These tests produce the testrados_* binaries, and their source is in src/test/system/.

There are a few tests we haven't been running regularly, and as a result an error code they rely on changed (-EEXIST is no longer returned from rados_pool_create). Fix up this and any other issues with them, and add them to the regression suite running as threads and processes (they run some things in parallel).
