Crowbar cleaned up the build process so I was able to go through and build an ISO with our barclamp rather easily. The instructions can be found here:

This could be merged with Tyler's instructions for building an ISO in the cloud, but those instructions will likely need to be updated for the newer/cleaner build process as well. Another option is to make this a script that could just be run as:

curl https://raw.github.com/jgalvez/<repo>/build-crowbar-with-ceph.sh | sh
