Description

The environment needs things like

    "ceph": {
      "monitor-secret": "AQDCdtdPaGE4HBAAdyviulqcJiyyKHWvEhEf9A==",
      "config": {
        "fsid": "be4a9131-429b-4094-93f0-d76cf185f48a",

that are just frustrating to generate manually. Provide a tool that outputs a suitable json fragment, to be copy-pasted into chef; also support automatic editing with help from knife.

This should reside in ceph-cookbooks.git
