Description

Similar to regular OSD deactivation, it would be nice if we could report on stale systemd units (mapped to OSD FSIDs that do not exist in the system), and offer
a way to deactivate/remove these stale systemd units, so that they don't try to start non-existent OSDs.

There is otherwise no way for an operator to find these, and they are forced to parse current FSIDs with all systemd units and see where is the mismatch.
