allow class 'foo' bar

Should allow the class 'foo' to do the operation IF it is happy with 'bar'. That is, the class can interpret 'bar' to mean whatever it wants.

For rbd, this will be something like 'image-child', and it would be allowed to call the 'add-child' and 'remove-child' methods only.
