Description

When the browser window width is reduced, the whole navigation bar is replaced with an icon on the right side. However, this icon is no responsive to click events nor does it drop down the menu. This issue is unlikely to affect setups other than mobile ones. Nevertheless, it's probably easy to fix (hopefully just a missing class in the HTML template).

Setup is: Chrome (google-chrome-stable-66.0.3359.117-1.x86_64) on a Fedora 27 distro.
