Description
If creating a new object but the object is known to be empty (i.e. a discard on a clone creating an empty object), flag the object as EXISTS_CLEAN so that the "diff_iterate" API call can treat the space as no-change (i.e. 'rbd du' wouldn't balloon in size if an empty clone is flattened/discarded) if not including the parent in the diff.
