Description

Objecter throttling is apparent from inspecting the admin socket on the RGW host.

Default objecter_inflight_ops should be something like 8k or 16k

Civetweb request_timeout_ms is also too low, as it's lower than the client side timeout in the AWS-JAVA-SDK (50000)
