by some reason, if I run exactly the same command line as systemd does,but with -f changed to -d, everything works...

Reproduced 100%. Please point me how to debug further.

I have found reason -- I tried to fix #21886 and have changed

osd_spec = "{0}".format(osd_id)

to
osd_spec = "osd.{0}".format(osd_id)

and after that, I restarted mgr and point browser to http://mynode:7000/osd/perf/6

So, after that, Bug is not critical. But every Segfault should be fixed.
