Description

ssh smithi103
ssh: connect to host smithi103 port 22: No route to host

and no IPMI

ipmitool -H  smithi103.ipmi.sepia.ceph.com  -I XXXXX ....XXXX sol activate
Error: Unable to establish IPMI v2 / RMCP+ session

Third time this machine's BMC has gone offline. I power cycled at the PDU level, updated BMC firmware, reset BMC settings, updated BIOS, AND reimaged.
