Add option to view IP addresses of clients in output of 'ceph features'

Description
The new 'ceph features' command in Luminous is great, but displaying the IP address of clients that are out of date would make operators lives a bit easier.

FWIW, the Mimic release will include the following change: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/17535
In this PR, Sage suggested to "implement dump() for MonSession and do a full JSON dump", which could then be consumed by the Ceph Manager Dashboard to show a list of all active clients, their feature level and IP address, for example.

FWIW, this kind of information would be nice to display on the Ceph Manager Dashboard as well.
