Description

This happens on latest jewel and is possibly related to (recently merged) https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/15529

Thanks to Kefu for translating the bug report!

the step to verify:
1. use fio to populate the data to the cluster
2. perform scrub
3. create snapshot and delete it repeatly

the result is: fio stalled, scrub not stopped. which is not expected.
