dashboard: Health is not updated

Description

when I try the mgr dashboard on Ceph 12.1.0, the Health is not changed after shutdown one monitor:

you can see health has been changed to warning in cluster.log, but not on 'Overall status'

Does it update on refresh? I wonder if the status output there is constant and only the log is dynamic.

It's strange, Overall status now can be updated by itself after restart mgr daemon.
